RESPONSIBILITY & CANCELLATION POLICY

Conn's Ireland, a division of Conn O'Scannlain LLC incorporated in the State of Kansas, is not responsible for any personal injury, property damage or other loss you may suffer or incur on this tour arising from acts or failure to act on the part of any Air Carrier, Public Transport Company, Hotel, Car Rental Company, sub-contractor or other person or organization, whether or not such air carrier, public transport company, hotel, car rental company, subcontractor or other person or organization is rendering any of the services or accommodations offered or supplied on the tour. All tickets, coupons and orders are furnished and issued subject, in all respects, to the foregoing and to any and all terms and conditions under which the transportation and other services and accommodation provided thereby are offered and supplied.OSIL accepts no responsibility for losses or expenses due to delay or changes in schedules, sickness, weather, strikes, war, quarantine or other causes. All such losses or expenses will be borne by the passengers. Baggage is at owner's risk through the tour unless insured. Small articles, (coats, wraps, umbrellas, etc.) are entirely in the care of the passengers. The right is reserved to decline or accept or return any person as a member of any tour or to cancel or alter the tour. Airline liability for passenger baggage is limited by air tariffs.

Operators of services: Escorted, Private Touring and Independent tours operated by Conn's Ireland, and their authorized vendors.

ESCORTED TOURS

Tour Components: Land arrangements will be provided as described in each tour. The right is reserved to substitute accommodation and sightseeing features listed herein for similar type and quality. As we guarantee all departures we reserve the right to use a vehicle that will accommodate the final membership of the tour.

Tour Director: The entire land tour portion of all escorted tours will be conducted by a professional driver/guide.

Baggage: All handling of one piece of luggage (size should not exceed 30 x 20 x 10 inches) per person. Only two pieces of luggage per passenger is permitted.

Meals: Meals are provided as specified in each tour program. Dinner menus are Table d'Hote.

Tips: Tips for items of a personal nature (such as room service, beverages, food not on regular menus, telephone and valet charges, etc.) are not included in the tour cost and are left to your own discretion.

Children: Children (under 10 years of age cannot be accommodated on escorted tours) are charged the full adult fare and must be accompanied by an adult.

No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed on the escorted tours while on board the motorcoach. Frequent sightseeing and rest stops will be made at which time there will be an opportunity to smoke.

SELF DRIVE TOURS

Tour Components: Land arrangements will be provided as described in each tour. The right is reserved to substitute transportation, accommodation and sightseeing features listed herein for similar type and quality.

Tour Planning Assistance: You are entitled to 30 minutes of telephone consulting to assist with planning your itinerary. Additional time is available at 150 per hour.

Baggage: We strongly recommend that you limit the amount of baggage you bring on a self-drive tour. the Hertz car guide shows the TOURING recommendation baggage allowance for each vehicle.

Meals: Irish breakfast is included with all accommodation.

No Smoking Rooms: No Smoking rooms are available at a growing number of accommodation in Ireland. Please be sure to request that when making your booking. The proprietor will do they best to provide for your needs but there is no guarantee.

Post Tour Charge Inquiries: Credit card charges you incurred during your tour by Hertz or any supplier can be investigated by cotacting the supplier directly. If you wish to have Conn's Ireland do it, there will be a MINIMUM charge of $35 plus communication costs.

ALL TOURS

MEDICAL CONCERNS - ROOM SIZE - BED SIZE Please Note: Our tours are designed with the average person in mind. We ask that if you have a special medical situation, or are above average physical size that you make that known to us so we can decide whether our tours would be suitable for you. Room sizes and bed sizes are NOT the same as in the United States. Should you need a larger room or bed, we will do the best to accommodate you if you advise us when booking the tour. There may be an ADDITIONAL COST to upgrade to a larger room.

Refund for unused arrangements: Unused arrangements, services or features of any tour are not refundable or exchangeable unless agreed upon prior to departure or otherwise stated.

Payment:THE TOUR PRICE IS GUARANTEED IN EUROS. A deposit of 250 (Euros) to 500 (Euros) per person is required for the Personalized Escorted Tours, Personalized Private Tours, Personalized, Customized Self-Drive Tours, independent tours and is non-refundable. On Customized Tours an initial deposit of 500 is required to start the confirmation process followed by 250 per person individual deposit is required when all arrangements are confirmed. Deposits are required within 7 days of invoice and must be handled by credit card. Final payment is required no later than 75 days prior to departure date. We will use the daily exchange rate to calculate the DEPOSIT AND FINAL TOUR AMOUNTS. Should you wish 'lock in' a U.S. Dollar price you can prepay the tour in full at the time of booking.

Credit Card Payments: You may pay for your tour deposit, travel insurance and final tour balance by American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover credit card. However if you wish to pay by personal check you will receive a 3% discount from the land tour price.

Late Bookings: Subject to availability and conditions, you may book a tour between 30 - 14 days prior to departure. However, overnight delivery charges will be assessed when necessary to provide documents for late reservations as well as a late booking fee of $50 - $200 for expedited processing.

Revision Fee: A 50 - 250 handling fee per booking will be applied for any revision made after the original booking has been made and processed. Revisions are not acceptable within 14 days prior to travel. The above revision fees apply to land bookings.

Currency Exchange: ALL TOUR PRICES ARE SHOWN IN EUROS. YOU WILL FIND A CURRENCY CONVERSION CALCULATOR FOR EACH TOUR AFTER THE TOUR SCHEDULES & TOUR PRICES. The reason for this is that the exchange rate between the U.S. Dollar and the EURO is changing. You will be able to determine YOUR price of the tour on the day that you book and pay for it. THE TOUR PRICE IS GUARANTEED IN EUROS. We will use the daily exchange rate to calculate the DEPOSIT AND FINAL TOUR AMOUNTS. Should you wish 'lock in' a U.S. Dollar price you can prepay the tour in full at the time of booking.

Documents: Documents will be delivered via electronic delivery in PDF format accessible from the Conn's Ireand server approximately 25 days prior to departure provided final payment has been received.

Not Included In Tour Price: Air transportation, foreign airport taxes; passports and visas; laundry; telephone calls; wine, liquor, mineral water; meals not included in the itinerary; sightseeing and services other than those specifically mentioned; tips to tour directors, tour guides, motorcoach drivers; personal items; excess baggage.

SELF DRIVE TOURS Disclaimers: All quotations are the process of calculation based on information provided by you. We reserve the rightto check the quotation for accuracy of rate quoted prior to charging your credit card for the prepayment and will not process the reservation if there is a discrepancy.

DRIVER AGE LIMITS: Hertz Ireland Car Rentals have established minimum ages to rent vehicles. We reserve the right to not process a reservation if you do not meet the age criteria. There is no maximum age limit.

ADDITIONAL DRIVERS:: Hertz charges a daily fee per day for an additional driver, payable at the end of the rental.

Tire & Wheel Coverage: Hertz charges a daily fee per day to cover damage to tites and wheels, payable at the end of the rental.

Cancellations: Notice of cancellation must be confirmed in writing or by fax to Conn's Ireland. Cancellations received before 75 days prior to departure results in forfeiture of nominated deposit (including planning fee on independent tours). Cancellations received in writing within 75 days prior to departure will be subject to the following land fees
Between 75 - 60 days 60% per person
60 & 45 days - 75% per person
45 & 31 days - 90% per person
30 & 1 day - 100% per person
On day of departure - 100%per person
In addition charges incurred to cancel arrangements will be added to above cancellation penalties.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
We STRONGLY recommend TRAVEL INSURANCE as there are penalties uo to 100% depending on when you cancel.The amount for your trip will be included in your confirmation-invoice. Trip Cost Default Protection
Pays lost deposits due to financial default of an airline, tour operator or cruise line.
Travel Delay pays up to $200 per day (maximum $1000) for covered reasons for additional accommodations and travel expenses for any delay over 6 hours
Reimbursement of Miles or Reward Points pays up to $250
Change Fee pays up to $250
Missed Connection pays up to $500 for covered reasons for additional accommodations and travel expenses, if you miss your tour departure for any delay over 3 hours for delay of common carrier or documented weather conditions.
Itinerary Chage pays up to $500 for covered reasons for additional accommodations and travel expenses, if your itinerary is changed over 3 hours of common carrier or documented weather conditions.
Baggage & Personal Effects pays up to $300 if baggage is delayed over 12 hours
Accident & Sickness Medical Expense Pays up to $100,000 in medical costs for any illness or injury that manifests itself during your trip.
Emergency Medical Evacuation and Repatriation: Pays up to a maximum of $1,000,000 for covered evacuation expenses as directed by a doctor to the nearest adequate medical facility.
Accidental Death & Dismemberment - 24 hour or Reward Points $10,000
24 Hour Travel Assistance Coverage: provides services such as Medical evacuation, medical repatritaion, Medical or legal referral, translation service, prescription drug/glasses replacement, and much more...
Pre-existing Medical Coverage
As long at the Trip Cancellation premium is paid within 21 days of your tour deposit, and are medically able to travel on the date of application, pre-existing medical conditions will be covered.
TRIP COST PREMIUM The travel insurance premium is variable and takes your age into consideration. A premium quotation will be provided with your tour package proposal.
Additional Travel Accident and Sickness Coverage
This coverage is available as an optional extra and will be calculated and added to your invoice as an optional cost. You can elect to have it issued by paying the premium.

Travel Insurance policy will be issued by Travel Insured.

HERTZ CAR RENTALS
Disclaimers: All quotations are the process of calculation based on information provided by you. Hertz Ireland Car Rentals have established minimum number of years of eligibility to hold a driving license to rent vehicles.
The upward age for renting a car on the Fully Inclusive Rate with NO deductible is 79 years. Customers over 75 years and through 79 years are eligible to rent with the following specific conditions:
You must drive on a regular basis.
You will need to provide to the counter a letter from your insurance company to state that you have not had an accident within the last 5 years, that you hold a current policy of motor insurance with you and that you are currently driving.
You will need to provide a current letter from your doctor to state you have been in good health.
